The minimum age for attendance is 18. Haunted Nights and its members reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 and no refund will be given. It is advised that ID be brought if you think this may apply. NO alcohol or drugs will be allowed on the premises and anyone suspected of being under the influence of either will be denied access to the venue or asked to leave without refund. Abusive or aggressive behavior to either our, team members, venue staff or our paying guests will not be tolerated. Anyone causing such nuisance will be removed from the premises by our security team and details shared with other paranormal groups and venues. Anyone causing malicious or deliberated damage or theft from any venue will have their names and addresses passed to the property owners and the local police.

Haunted Nights or its team members, employees, agents accept no liability for any loss, theft or damage to any property owned or brought to events by guests. Any guest bringing valuable equipment, such as video cameras etc., to events do so at their own risk. Parking is also at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage from vehicles, parking fines or wheel clamping.

Due to the very nature of paranormal investigations, we cannot guarantee any paranormal activity at any event. Spirits or ghosts have the free will to chose how, when and who they contact. Please do not ask any team member to give a private reading or contact relatives who have died as this will be refused.

We take every care to ensure that our events are as safe as possible; however you must be aware that most of the night can take place in darkness and some of our venues have steep steps and uneven floors. There may be cables and camera wires on the floors or debris. KAPS Haunted Nights and its members accept no responsibility for any accident or injury sustained under these conditions. YOU ATTEND OUR EVENTS AT YOUR OWN RISK. It may be advisable to take out your own third party liability insurance.

It is not recommended that the recently bereaved attend our events.

We cannot accept pregnant women on our events.

We strongly advise disabled guests to contact us before booking to ensure the venue is suitable for their needs. Anyone with a medical condition which may be contra-indicated to the type of experience we offer should consult a doctor prior to attending. Please be aware that you attend at your own risk and some of our venues are not within easy reach of professional medical facilities.

Our mediums will not give any private readings at events, Haunted Nights accept no responsibility for any private arrangements made away from our events. Haunted Nights are not affiliates of any church groups or organisations, religious orders and any promotion of such is strictly forbidden at our events. We are not affiliated with any other paranormal group or business and promotion of such is by prior arrangment only. Anyone found to be breaching this requirement will be asked to leave. We do not use agents or third parties to sell tickets for out events. If you tickets have been purchased via a third party (including other paranormal groups) you will not be allowed entry to our events and no refund will be given. If you are a paranormal group and wish to attend our venues as a private party please contact us BEFORE you book to discuss your requirements.

On occasions events may be cancelled due to situations beyond our control. If this happens we will try to reschedule and transfer tickets. If this is not possible a full refund will be given. Haunted Nights reserves the right to cancel any event up to 24hrs prior to the event taking place. In this case an option to switch tickets to another event or a full refund will be made. In such a case we will make every attempt to contact customers. Haunted Nights reserves the right to refuse a booking from any and all individuals at any time and at their discression with no correspondence being entered into.

We do not share or pass on names and addresses of our guests and all details will be kept confidential, however we do reserve the right to contact you from time to time with details of our own up coming events.

Haunted Nights accept no responsibility for any actions, comments or statements made by voluteer team members either at our events or outside of our events.

Events are for your curiosity and entertainment only.

Haunted Nights reserves the right to amend or add to our terms and conditions or change details of any event at any time.

The right of The Maje Limited to be identified as the owner, editor and publisher of all prose, intellectual works and images contained in this website, unless otherwise stated, has been asserted in accordance with the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.

All rights are reserved by The Maje Ltd trading as Haunted Nights. No part of this website or any other published works may be copied, reproduced or transmitted in any form (photocopying, electronic, recording or otherwise) without written permission. Anyone who intentionally commits such and act may render themselves liable to a civil claim for damages.

Tickets for Haunted Nights events can only be purchased via Haunted Nights and its members. We do not use ticket agencies or 3rd parties.

All customers of Haunted Nights attend our events at their own risk. Due to the nature of some of our venues, poor lighting and spiritual or poltergeist activity we can take no liability for loss or damage of equipment during vigils on or off the venue site or your inward or outward journey.

Paranormal experiences are by their very nature an unknown science. Haunted Nights their team members or guest will not take any responsibility for any psychological or physical harm attributed to occurances at events. All customers attend at their own risk. If you suffer from any illness or condition which may be contra-indicated to this type of activity please be aware that in attending you take full and complete responsibility for yourself.

By booking your ticket or attending as a volunteer helper (including as an unpaid team member) you are accepting and agreeing with our terms and conditions and are indemnifying The Maje Ltd trading as Haunted Nights its proprieter and team members employed or volunteer, from all legal liability in respect of any and all claims, costs, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, expenses, all kinds of legal suits , any expenses or losses in respect of injury, death or psychological damage to any person or persons arising from participation in any of our events or activities and at any venue we hold those events or activities. Any persons who are hired or paid any sum for attending events must have their own public liability insurance and have name, address and contact details on our records.

Although we offer our events to everyone over the age of 18 unfortunately some of the venues we use do not have adequate wheelchair access. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding access.

Refund policy

Cancellations made 8 weeks or more prior to the event will receive a full refund (excluding 5% cancellation charge on the whole amount*).

Cancellations made between 6-8 weeks prior to the event will receive 50% refund (excluding 5% cancellation charge on the whole amount*).

Unfortunately tickets cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to an event will not be elegible for a refund. All deposits made are non-refundable at any time.

In the unforseen circumstance that an event is cancelled by Haunted Nights, its members or a venue, a full refund will be made within 28 working days or the option to transfer tickets to another event of equal or less value (a refund of the difference would be made). If you wish to transfer tickets to an event of greater value then the difference must be paid in advance of the event. If and event has to be rescheduled tickets will be automatically transferred to the alternative date and all customers notified at the earliest possible time. A full refund will be made for any bookings cancelled by us without due notice.

Refunds will not be given due to failure of customers to attend events or difficulties getting to an event. Tickets may be transferred to another name, however, the original customer must contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the event and give the name of the person the ticket has been transferred to. All customer names are on our guest list and anyone not on our list may be refused entry. Haunted Nights or it members will not be held responsible for any cost incurred to customer due to cancellation, postponement or relocation of any event including travel, accommodation, food or any other costs incurred by customers other than event ticket purchase from Haunted Nights.
